A Word from Mario Deo

If someone would have told me two years ago that the years to come would bring about a global pandemic, a significant shift in the workings of condominiums and workplaces, and an entirely new condominium law firm...I would have thought they were insane.

Well, here we are. With all the developments and changes in our lives the past few months (and years), I wanted to take this opportunity to officially introduce our new firm, Deo Condominium Lawyers.

Deo Condominium Lawyers was established in February of 2021, and the firm name is a reflection of who we are – condominium lawyers.  We are a team comprised of 9 highly regarded and experienced condominium lawyers, and 13 very skilled support staff, who are dedicated to the representation of hundreds of condominium corporations in Ontario.  We are well-equipped to deal with any condominium matter that may arise, including litigation, meetings, shared facilities issues, EV charging, human rights, construction deficiencies, Tarion matters, reserve funds, telecommunication and utility agreements, municipal matters, liens, collection, compliance, enforcement and more.  Condominium law is what we do.

We are a passionate group, and we take pride in providing our clients with the highest level of service in the condominium field.  In the coming days, months and years, our objectives are to continue providing exceptional and cost-effective services to our clients, to distribute helpful resources and insights to all on our new website, and to influence the condominium landscape in a positive manner. Our firm is building for the long-haul. We will continue to grow with our amazing clients and respected industry colleagues.
