Maria is an Osgoode Hall law graduate called to the bar in 2005. It was a chance encounter during a routine business matter early in Maria’s professional career that she was introduced to Mario Deo and since then has been practicing exclusively
in Condominium Law.
A skilled negotiator and tenacious problem solver, Maria takes a practical and strategic approach to advising and representing condominium corporations. Clients appreciate and rely on Maria’s integrity, attention to detail, ability to put them
at ease, and the priority she places on providing timely, accurate and practical advice. This approach is what enables her to be a realistic voice, providing clients with compelling guidance and the expertise that they require. Maria strongly
believes that her clients deserve nothing less than exemplary service.
Maria writes and speaks extensively on condominium law. She has had work published in Condo Voice magazine and has spoken at ACMO/CCI’s Annual Condominium Conference. She is a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and the Association
of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO).
